Instead of the traditional retainer models that often come with complex contracts, we’ve streamlined graphic and website design services. Introducing our subscription-based plans: SLICK Plus, SLICK Pro, and SLICK Prime.

If you feel as though the level of service is higher than your demands, we can downgrade, pause, or cancel your subscription, and you will be billed for the work completed. However, we encourage low-demand months to be seen as opportunities for innovation and strategy between both parties for long-term transformation goals.
A request or a task is any to-do you assign us. It can be to design a logo, do revisions to an existing design, do website maintenance, or anything else. A request is anything that requires someone from our team to work on any of your projects.
All of our agency offerings are available as a request or task within our subscription model. This includes all Creative, UI/UX, and Development focused services.
Projects can be tackled as smaller tasks building into the larger project, and would be actioned based on your package bandwidth allowance.
The industry-standard functionality of this model places control in your hands to manage your own subscription in the following ways:
- Upgrade – Increase your level of service to the next tier, commencing the following month.
- Downgrade – Decrease your level of service to the tier below, commencing the following month.
- Pause – Freeze your level of service for one (1) month, recommencing the month following.
- Cancel – Discontinue your level of service as of the end of month, and may be reactivated upon request.
Subscriptions are billed at the start of the month.
Currently, our maintenance plans are quoted separately, but we are open to exploring the ways in which maintenance can be bundled within a subscription as an add-on.
The subscription model seeks to remove viewing the client/agency relationship through the lens of billable hours. Rather, this model fosters a focus on how our services can help you reach your objectives without having to worry about balancing hours or waiting for quotes.
You can submit unlimited requests for any of our services. We will then discuss the priorities with you and start working on these tasks in the agreed order as long as you are subscribed to one of the packages. If you are on the Basic package, only one request or task will be worked on at a time. If you are on a higher package, we can work on two or more requests or tasks simultaneously
